Apply for a Chefs4Students Culinary Grant/Scholarship Today!
To be considered eligible for a Chefs4Students Culinary Grant/Scholarship, you must be currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited Culinary Arts School or Institute in the United States or abroad six weeks prior to any given grant disbursements. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement. Applicants should have a strong academic record, good character references and demonstrate financial need. Only completed applications will be considered. Chefs4Students.org will not notify you of your status unless you are a recipient of a grant. If you wish notification of receipt by Chefs4Students of your application, please use your U.S. Postal Service's Return Receipt Service.

We have FOUR very simple Requirements:
- Complete this GRANT/SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM along with a 500 minimum word essay.
Application Deadlines: Applications must be postmarked by February 15th for the April 1st disbursements or August 15th for the October 1st disbursements.
- Prove to us a strong academic record, financial need and authorize us to verify your information.
- We encourage you to introduce yourself in the Chefs4Students Forums prior to the date the grants are awarded. This presents an opportunity for our panel of reviewers get to know you better.
- You must be attending an accredited Culinary Arts School or Institute for at least six weeks prior to the time of the award.
How we select our Grant Recipients
Following a financial review by Chefs4Students Administrators, participating Chefs4Students.org chefs, industry experts, educators and approved forum members will read your essay. Grant recipients are selected by a majority blind vote of the participating panel. Our past Grant Recipients.
NOTE: Grants will be paid directly to the accredited culinary school you are attending to be applied against your tuition. The culinary school can be located in any country and US citizenship is not a requirement.
Available Culinary Grants
We project the availability of 15 grants of $1,000 each for the 2009 academic year. We will do more if we can raise the money or if it is donated.

The Chefs4Students Scholarship Fund is administered by the Yampa Valley Foundation and is the sole promotion of Chefs4Students.org. It is not affiliated with any other person or entity including any culinary school or its agents. Chefs4Students.org and it's administrators do not profit financially from this program.
